Business Consultant:

As a Business Consultant at Qwixpert, you will be an integral part of a team, assisting your team lead in designing and implementing transformational industry and functional solutions to drive business value for our clients. You will apply your analytical, business fundamentals, and structured problem-solving skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business, and leverage their talent.

Job Responsibilities:

- Strategic, tactical, and operational solution design to client business problems and drive implementation with client teams

- Independent management of work streams during project delivery

- Financial Review: Business performance review through analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements

- Industry/Sector Reports: Current & Future performance assessment, business trends, competitive benchmarking and company profiling

- Primary Research: Design & develop a questionnaire and conduct client/expert interviews to generate insights for client problem statements

- Reporting: Process Mapping and Governance enablement through Dashboard design

- Support business development/selling activities to originate, shape, and create winning proposals for our clients

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 B-school

- 2 - 3 years of experience in Consulting/Analytics/Business Strategy

- Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word

- Analytical & Data based problem-solving ability

- Critical thinking

- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication

- Passionate and driven to work in a fast-paced, highly engaging client service environment

- Willingness to take ownership, agile and flexible

- Willing to travel extensively (5 days a week and often almost every week)
