As an Engagement Manager, you design and implement transformational industry and/or functional solutions to drive business value for our clients. You apply deep process, functional, and change skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business, and leverage their talent.

Job Responsibilities:

- Applying deep problem-solving methodologies and industry experience to consult, advise and partner with our clients to help shape high-performance solutions to achieve their business ambitions; encompassing strategy, operating model, process, business, and technology implementations

- Lead large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic and large-scale complex transformations across strategy, business, and supply chain domains to achieve business value

- Bring program management excellence to support our clients in accomplishing their goals with pace and certainty

- Stakeholder management to achieve consensus and accomplish business objectives, including client senior management

- Lead internal organization-building activities as a mentor and role model to the team to support a high performing thriving consulting practice

- Support business development/selling activities to originate, shape, and create winning proposals for our clients

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 B-school

- At least 5-7 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3 years of consulting experience

- Deep experience delivering business strategy, blueprinting, process improvements, operating models, business analysis, and platform implementations.

- Excellent communicator, able to speak both business and technology lingo comfortably

- Must have deep experience managing and leading teams to execute project implementations across a range of project types, such as business strategy, blueprinting, process improvements, operating models, business analysis, and platform implementations.

- Demonstrated strong project management in navigating complex projects/delivery environments, managing medium-sized teams/direct reports

- Deep domain knowledge in at least two of the following:

1. Supply Chain Planning: S&OP process, inventory planning, manufacturing planning, dispatch planning, etc.

2. Lean Manufacturing: Implementing lean principles in manufacturing and service operations setup. LSS certification is a big plus but optional.

3. Warehousing and Intralogistics Automation: process and infrastructure design, nuances of WMS, process improvement

4. Procurement cost reduction: commodity as well as engineered goods

5. Logistics Network Optimisation: ability to build optimizer, use and modify existing tools

6. Sustainability: reducing energy usage, using alternate energy, purchasing carbon credits, reducing non-recyclable material, etc.
