Our services include business strategy, revenue growth and profitability improvement across the value chain of an organization.

Job Description

- Client facing role reporting into Principal / Partner with independent management of the entire project, Qwixpert team and client stakeholders

- Strategic, tactical and operational solution design to business growth or profitability problems

- Mentor and lead consultants / analysts to ensure successful project delivery

- Lead project implementation with client teams

- Analysis and hypothesis development: Sector and company profiling, competitive benchmarking, financial statement analysis leading to business insights and recommendations

- Client interactions and management: Data gathering & analysis, hypothesis development, presentations, interviews with and managing client stakeholders to get work done

- Output: Story-lining for presentations, create presentations, dashboards, excel analysis and present insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders

What are we looking for?

- MBA from a Tier 1 college

- 4+ years of experience. Consulting experience preferable

- Experience having led small teams to deliver time-bound exercises

- Strong fundamentals of business management - Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word

- Analytical & Logical problem-solving ability

- Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication

- Integrity, curiosity and commitment

- Passionate and driven to work in a fast-paced, highly engaging, client service environment

- Willingness to take ownership, agile and flexible

- Willing to travel - 5 days a week - and work from client site
