Educational qualifications:
- Candidate should be a graduate at minimum. Candidates with an MBA would have an additional advantage.
Prior Work experience:
- Candidates are required to have a background in selling to Corporates, and should be familiar with Procurement processes in large companies.
- Candidates with a background in Financial services and / or payment products will be preferred.
Job responsibility:
- RSM carries a Revenue Sales target for the Entire West region (except for a handful of named accounts).
- Responsibility will include prospecting, pitching the various payment products & stored value solutions that QC has, and closing the sale, as well as following up for collections (End to end sales process ownership).
- The engagement model would include relationships with resellers / aggregators with whom the RSM will work to achieve the targets.
Travel: While majority of the business will be from Mumbai, travel across West India may be required. Incumbent will be required to travel across the designated region, as well as to HQ (Bangalore) periodically.
Direct Reportees: Currently the position does not have DR's. However, there is a plan to add sales people across cities as business grows, within a few months.
