QwikCilver - Program Manager

We are looking for candidates with client facing (2-3 Years) & Technology experience (2-3 Years) based in Bangalore

Job Description:

- Single point of responsibility and accountability for successfully executing multiple customer programs simultaneously.

- Responsible for interfacing with customers in understanding their program requirements and ensuring the solution delivery as per agreed upon requirements and plan.

- Domain knowledge and be able to model the solution to meet customer needs.

- Work with internal teams such as Operations, Engineering, Sales etc to successfully execute projects.

- Create best practices / optimized processes for customer program execution.

- Support the sales team as and when required in pre-sales demo, proposal creation and other support as required.

- Contribute to product road map / enhancements based on experiences of customer roll-out and understanding of the domain.

Role Requirements:

Education: B.E/B.Tech; MBA Preferred

- Technology Savvy with 2-3 years experience in development / product deployment / customization in Microsoft environment (IIS / .Net / MS-SQL Server). Specifically strong in Database technologies, SQL. Exposure to other technologies such as Java, PHP, Linux will be an added advantage.

- 2-3 years experience in client and customer interaction including - Program Mgmt / Project Planning & Reporting

- Good communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous programs / multiplex across different activities

- Open to traveling (primarily within the country)I
