Overview Description :
Client account managers help to increase sales for a company by maintaining existing accounts and gaining new accounts. These professionals also find opportunities to increase and enhance sales using innovative concepts and mining the customers in the company's current client base.
Qualifications :
- Relevant Experience as sales manager or account manager .
- An MBA degree in either business or marketing with 6-8 yrs experience.
- Account Management/ Client Relationship Management
- Understanding of Techno-Business, Strong Analytical Skills, Numbers Driven, Target Driven.
- Good People Management and Sales Management Skills
- Must be proficient on PPTs and Excel Spreadsheet work
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining relationships with, enhancing value for and mining all current clients.
- Create Innovative ways to increase sales with current clients.
- Uncover key prospects/ new clients for the business.
- Analyze sales by comparison year on year, like to like and constant monitoring.
- Be readily available to customers to assist in any questions or problems that may arise.
- Sales Planning/ Business Planning, Target Setting etc
