We are lucky to have such amazing teachers using Quizizz, who not only use and contribute to our platform, but also help spread the word in ways that we never could. Our teachers have made countless youtube/blog tutorials, presented us at hundreds of education conferences around the world, and promoted us on social media and other online forums. Our biggest motivation for building Quizizz is the love we get from teachers and students around the world. Engaging with our users in meaningful ways is critical for us to understand what we need to do next.

Your Responsibilities :

- Build a thriving community of users interacting with each other on all things Quizizz.

- Design and run innovative campaigns to boost reach and engagement.

- Help our users to communicate with us effectively, through user forums, polls and direct communication.

- Engage with our passionate user base on twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms.

- Setup systems that will identify common user queries, and make the answers readily available.

- Engage with influencers directly to get deep insights into the needs of our users.

Job Requirements :

- Strong communication skills, a flair for writing and a good sense of humor!

- Experience with social media and email marketing.

- Experience working with large online communities and developing vibrant user forums.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Good to have :

- Experience with help-desk and knowledge-base platforms like ZenDesk.
