Job Description: HR Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overall management of HR activities.

- Talent acquisition/ End to End resource management- Manage resource recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure to hire resources.

- Attendance Management- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities

- Grievance handling

- Policy implementation and execution

- Employee Engagement

- Compliance Management

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in business or Equivalent Experience

- 6-10 years of prior work experience in HR .

- Demonstrated results in hiring and employee management

- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Experience leading and motivating a team, self motivator and driving results

- Knowledge of labour laws, provident fund and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation

- An effective team player with a strong work ethic.

- Experience with training and staff development.
