Quintessentially Events - Senior Manager - Business Development - Events

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA

Job Profile

- Expanding the Corporate client database and brining in new clients for Quintessentially Events.

- To overlook the gamut of projects being handled by the Events team. This will involve giving direction to the team and ensuring that each project is going as per plan.

- Ensuring seamless functioning with client. This involves ensuring that all their requirements have been met and exceeded which in turn leads to customer satisfaction and retention.

- To manage the team and ensure they are all working in synchrony with each other and delivering as per the Quintessentially standards.

Qualifications :

An MBA / Masters in Finance and Marketing would be desirable

Experience :

- 8-10 years experience in the Corporate events/live entertainment space. Experience in setting Business Development will be required.

- Client Orientation.

- Target Orientation.
