Job Title: Finance & Accounts Payable

Location: Noida, Sector 125

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounts Payable professional with experience in domestic companies to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchase Management:

- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and approvals.

- Issue and process Purchase Orders.

- Record received goods/services in the ERP system.

Accounts Payable & Financial Operations:

- Process PO Invoices, Non-PO Invoices, Debit/Credit Memos, and Travel & Employee Expenses.

- Manage Vendor Payments, Employee Payments, and Vendor Clearing.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.

Tax & Compliance:

- Ensure proper accounting treatment for transactions.

- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Finance & Accounts Payable, preferably in domestic companies.

- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools.

- Knowledge: Strong grasp of Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS regulations.

- Location: Candidates must be open to working from Noida, Sector 125.
