Quinte Financial Technologies - Manager - Data Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to drive our analytics initiatives and manage a talented team. If you're passionate about data, possess strong leadership skills, and have a background in banking or BFSI/Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client servicing in Data Analytics and manage a team of analysts.

- Conduct business requirements analysis and manage project timelines, resources, and reporting.

- Apply advanced analytical techniques using SQL and Excel.

- Collaborate closely with clients on scorecards, advisory, and modeling.

- Develop models for refined data capturing and analysis.

- Lead the analytics team, providing guidance and support.

- Optimize processes and manage day-to-day activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Certifications: Agile Scrum Master, PMI-PMP, or PRINCE2.

- Experience as a business analyst in data warehouse implementation, especially in banking.

- Proficiency in SQL, visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and advanced Excel (VBA, DAX).

- Python experience and knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus.

- Proven track record in managing a team of 15-20 data analysts.
