Quinte Financial Technologies - Lead Data Scientist

- Build and lead the Quinte Analytics and Data Science Team.

- Design & propose solutions and strategies to business challenges faced by clients.

- Work with clients to provide AAS (analytics as a service) support.

- Act as a consultant to the Sales Team and prospective clients.

- Lead AI / ML initiatives and build tools with these embedded in them.

- Ability to work with developers and other functions for rapid data product development and automation within global bank projects.

- Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.

- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

- Exposure to EDA or Exploratory Data Analysis & data modelling techniques to summarize the overall features of data analysis.

- Strong Logistical Regression and analytical skills Required.

- Regular interaction with business/product/functional teams.

- Staying in touch with latest trends in Analytics and Big Data tools/technologies to implement such solutions in the Bank.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
