Responsibilities :
- Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required.
- Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required to support Bid Management as well as design and build proactive solutions that can be presented to existing and new clients.
- Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements.
- Collaborate with various internal departments including Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales teams and Delivery to create and present solutions to the customers / analysts, any sales & marketing material etc.
- Work with Off-shore teams actively in solution design
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Overall 12+ years of experience and Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working on Salesforce Projects.
- Awareness of web, database, and object oriented software technologies.
- Experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities.
- Strong Technical, Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines.
- Ability to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case
- Ability and presence to articulate the solution to key clients and/or to senior internal stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge in estimation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced and distributed environment and adapt to internally triggered changes
- Ability to create Proof of Concepts (PoC) as well as content and presentations for client workshops
- Ability to manage the knowledge management portal - curating capability documents, case studies, and related artifacts
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- Domain experience around Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, etc., will be preferred.
- Prior experience in leading a complex Enterprise level Salesforce program would be advantageous
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales activities is preferable
- Prior experience in developing content and presenting at client events/ conferences /webinars will be an added advantage
- Certified as an Application or System Architect
- Ability to develop webinars/marketing material (case studies, whitepapers, blogs etc.) is preferred
