Quince - Sourcing Manager - Leather

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute category supply chain strategy, including multi-sourcing for the leather products (SLG such as wallets, bags, belts )

- Onboard partners onto the Quince model and coach them to operate in a rapid replenishment, M2C environment;

- Coach partners on Quince OS - Operational (Rapid LT, consumer-oriented), Financial Model (high ROIC) and Technical (Vendor Portal)

- Catalog Expansion: In conjunction with Merchants and PD, launch NPC-approved new styles and colors

- Drive Operational Excellence: High Quality
