National Sales Head


About the Job:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to head our RFID Solutions business at a national level.


- This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of RFID and IoT-based technologies, combined with strong domain knowledge in manufacturing.


- The role involves end-to-end ownership of sales strategy, business development, team management, and client relationship building to drive growth in a competitive technical landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals

- Expand the customer base and drive revenue growth in the RFID Solutions vertical

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships

- Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and innovations in the RFID/IoT industry

Sales & Business Development:

- Establish and grow a strong client base, acquiring key logos from scratch

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers

- Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and business plans

- Understand client requirements, present customized RFID solutions, and collaborate on future enhancements

Team Leadership:

- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team across regions

- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure ongoing development and high engagement

- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative work culture

Sales Performance Management:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of financial and business targets

- Analyze sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven strategies

- Optimize operational costs while maximizing sales output

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reports

Marketing & Brand Building:

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility of the RFID Solutions division

- Oversee content marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives

- Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and seminars

Market Intelligence:

- Keep abreast of technological developments, competitor movements, and customer needs

- Identify new opportunities based on evolving market trends and customer expectations

Skills and Competencies Required:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical mindset

- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales and team performance

- Proven success in managing high-value clients and enterprise sales cycles

- Deep understanding of RFID technologies, trends, and applications

- Negotiation and presentation expertise

- Strong industry network and client relationship management

- Technical & Functional Proficiency

- Product and solution knowledge in RFID/IoT domains

- Domain expertise in manufacturing or industrial technology

- MS Office proficiency

- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)

- Proficiency in data analysis tools is an added advantage
