- At Quikr, we have a new offering that helps large-medium-small enterprises manage their HR, payroll, recruitment and employee benefit needs via our cloud-based platform! In this new business era, our idea is to make remote employment easier and more rewarding, for everyone.

- We are currently looking for a VP level Sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenues. The ideal executive will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a global team. The executive should be excited about selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and staying ahead of the competition.

- As the face of the organization, we need an executive with a strong understanding of the sales process, ability to generate leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Overall goal is to drive financial growth through sustained sales and forging long term client relationships.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services in the areas of Recruitment/Staffing/Payroll business in India as well as in the global market

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals

- Work collaboratively across teams

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives

- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Job Specification:

- 10 plus years work experience in Sales or similar role in B2B SaaS product sales

- Track record of exceeding sales targets

- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Strength in problem solving, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Knack for thriving in Fast-paced environment

- An affinity to thrive as a remote employee, within a fast growth business
