I am Hiring Lead/AVP- Monetization for Quikr India.
Position Title: Lead/AVP
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 6-8 Years strictly IIT+ IIM's only.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of sales, this role would be to lead the monetization efforts for the Business.
- Maximizing monetization opportunities by working with the sales team and agencies.
- Strategic role primarily focusing towards Sales planning which is Distribution planning,Target setting,Market mapping and Competitor analysis.
- Continuous monitoring and provide innovative inputs for the Product profitability
- Financials- working closely with the Team on Product Pricing and Product structuring.
- Taking care of the Sales Operations by setting up Sales process, Packaging of products
- Design & Implement sales incentive structure and create a high performance culture.
- Training of sales staff and channel partners, Build and sustain a high-caliber team with a winning edge and monitor their performance
- Participate/plan events and implement control mechanisms for smooth flow of process.
Skills/Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E +MBA. from Tier 1 institutes IITs + IIM's only Preferably 2005-06 Batch
- A principle-centered business leader, with great people skills and a passion for excellence
- Strong leadership skills with strong inter-personal skills and effective organization and planning capabilities
- Prior experience in internet industry would be a plus
- Strong Communication and analytical skills.
- Enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems
- Strong capacity for logical thinking
- Strong Excel and Presentation skills preferred
