City Lead for Chennai - Carpool and Taxi business (Supply and Demand)

Looking for a City Lead who can take complete responsibility of Supply Acquisition, Demand Generation, BTL Activities, Team building, etc.,

- Responsible for all Supply Acquisition, Demand Acquisition, Partnerships and BTL activities in the City.

- Should be able to build own team and make it a high performing team. Should be a multi tasker.

- Should be Hands-on and work at ground level as and when required.

- Native of Chennai and Fulency in Tamil is mandatory.

- Expectation is that he/she should treat, think and work like a Founder of the Startup.

Roles & Responsibilities :

a) Team building and Team Leadership

b) Supply Partner acquisition campaign execution

c) Demand generation campaign execution

d) Plan, Prepare and organize the BTL/ATL campaigns

e) Own and Achieve monthly growth targets & City P&L

Salary package 5-10LPA

Incentive target based performance pay and ESOP.
