Bid Manager
- Manage the end-to-end bid process to drive revenue targets.
- Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, solution architects, marketing, product teams, and finance, commercial, legal and project management / delivery.
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
- Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
- Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
- Liaison with the bidding partners and government agencies.
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
- Review requirements & placing the initial bids - Maximizing the win rate through appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process.
- Identify inter-dependencies and create an overall bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and associated timelines and track it to closure.
- Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
Requirements:
- 5 years + of experience in of which 3 years of BID Management.
- Ability to deal with a diverse set of people.
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- A sales mindset with excellent presentation skills.
- Target-driven, detail oriented and diligent with a high level of pursuit ownership
- Self-starter, Service-oriented and a team player
