We are looking for a driven professional to lead Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, and Marketplace channels.

This role focuses on driving growth in the fast-paced instant delivery segment while managing broader digital commerce operations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in quick commerce platforms, a strategic approach to e-commerce and marketplaces, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.


- Develop tailored strategies for platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Dunzo to maximize visibility, customer reach, and revenue.


- Build exclusive campaigns and product offerings tailored to the quick commerce segment, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and platform requirements.


- Cultivate strong relationships with Quick Commerce account managers to secure high visibility placements, exclusive deals, and promotional opportunities.


- Analyze customer behavior and market trends specific to quick commerce to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.


- Negotiate contracts and agreements with quick commerce platforms to optimize terms for the company.


- Develop comprehensive strategies and define clear KPIs and success.


- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory planning for all e-commerce and marketplace platforms.


- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations across Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, and Marketplaces.


- Optimize processes for order fulfilment, returns management, and inventory replenishment tailored to platform-specific requirements.


- Monitor platform performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns for quick commerce, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms, targeting both visibility and conversion.


- Manage advertising budgets for platform-specific promotions such as sponsored listings, flash sales, and exclusive deals.


- Ensure consistent product branding and optimized content to enhance discoverability across platforms.


- Analyze sales data across Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, and Marketplaces to identify trends and areas for improvement.


- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve platform performance, and enhance ROI.


- Present performance reports to management with actionable recommendations for growth.


- Lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, finance, marketing, and IT teams to ensure cohesive operations.



- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.


- 4+ years of experience managing quick commerce, marketplaces, or e-commerce operations.


- Strong expertise in quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon).


- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards.


- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


- Experience in the Indian Snacks or FMCG industry is a plus!
