Questo is offering solutions beyond the traditional channels i.e. job portals, portfolio sites and freelancer marketplaces to end the startups quest for developers. We envisage changing the analytics in talent acquisition market through disruptive innovation.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the core team at Questo. This profile involves sourcing top talent in technology, product development.

- The most exciting part is that you will get access to IIT/IIM network of startups and developers

- If you love taking challenges to reaching out best people in any industry and have amazing convincing skills, this is the job for you. You should be able to communicate, engage and nurture a relationship with top developers in an effective way.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially over e-mail and phone

- Proven track record of successful hiring web and mobile developers (start-up experience is a plus)

- We are looking for a person with networking skills using social media like LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. or other sources such as events and conferences to attract potential developers.

- There is ample room for growth and leadership in this position, as you will be in charge of our talent acquisition efforts

Requirements:

- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of ownership, excellence, achieving goals and getting things done with little guidance

- Must have experience with B2B marketing, creating new business relationships, and sculpting strategic partnerships.

- Comfortable with cold calls and sending convincing emails to help close sales for our product

- Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite(Word and Excel)

- Experience navigating through the tight-knit startup community

- Available immediately

Qualifications:

- young graduated enthusiastic from Top Universities IIM / XLRI / FMS / IIT / NIT/DTU /DU

Compensations:

- 20K per month base pay + Sales commission of 20% + Equity (depends on caliber)
