Questo.io is an online discovery and interaction platform for hiring tech talents in web technologies and data science. We are creating innovative solutions to help talents and startups discover each other and interact to meet their needs. Questo is offering solutions beyond the traditional channels of job portals, portfolio sites and freelancer marketplaces to end the employer's quest for tech talents. We envisage changing the analytics in talent acquisition market through disruptive innovation.

Questo Milestones achieved :

- Built founding team comprising of solid web and mobile app programmers, product designer & operations professionals.

- Launched Questo website.

- Partnered with startups, accelerators, hackathons and talent communities in India.

- Raised seed investment.

- Android App coming soon in Feb 2016

Founders :

Questo was founded by three IIT Kharagpur alumni. Team members have combined corporate and startup experience of 16 years.

We are team of hackers and designers. We are looking for a hustler.

Job Description :

- Looking for a co-founder (not employee) who has a passion for B2B marketing, business strategies and forming partnership with customers.

Responsibilities :

- Primarily responsible for forming strategic sourcing partnerships with funded startups, educational institutes and startup coding schools.

- Business to business lead generation, relationship building and sales

- Research and identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Plan approaches and pitches.

- Create brand awareness and introduce Questo.io to education institutes and startups. Build relationships and partnerships with key institutions and organizations.

- Evangelize our products in person by presenting to startups and educational institutes conferences.

Requirements :

- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of ownership, excellence, achieving goals and getting things done with little guidance

- Must have experience with B2B marketing, creating new business relationships, and sculpting strategic partnerships.

- Comfortable with cold calls and sending convincing emails to help close sales for our product

- Solid ability in public speaking and presentations

- Experience navigating through the tight-knit startup community

- Ability to pitch to small businesses as well as C-level executives of established companies
