Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Client Servicing teams to understand user needs and translate them into compelling marketing campaigns.
- Craft a clear, concise, and engaging Performance Marketing Campaign.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced, growth environments.
- Strong understanding of B2B2C marketing dynamics with the ability to balance the needs of various stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Experience in market research, customer segmentation, performance marketing and competitive analysis.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, capable of leading marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
