Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Client Servicing teams to understand user needs and translate them into compelling marketing campaigns.

- Craft a clear, concise, and engaging Performance Marketing Campaign.

- Work with the design teams to create marketing collateral, including case studies, and social media content.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Define key marketing metrics and analyze product performance to inform future marketing strategies.

- Gather users' insights and feedback to refine Product Marketing Strategies, improve product offerings, and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a FinTech, Mobile Product, or Internet Product-Based Company.

- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced, growth environments.

- Strong understanding of B2B2C marketing dynamics with the ability to balance the needs of various stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.

- Experience in market research, customer segmentation, performance marketing and competitive analysis.

- Self-starter with strong project management skills, capable of leading marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
