Quatrro is currently looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager Transition for our Thane office. Incumbent will be responsible for responding to RFI/RFP from a outsourcing Solutioning and Transition perspective. Lead detailed Solutioning designs of client outsourcing solutions. Participate in remote & onsite Due Diligence. Will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance & Accounting while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises. Strong exposure of Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, etc).

Below is the Detailed Job Description.

Solutioning :

- Work with multiple internal stakeholders while responding to RFI/RFP from a outsourcing Solutioning and Transition perspective

- Provide support to the Sales Teams in drafting client solutions

- Lead detailed Solutioning designs of client outsourcing solutions

- Work on multiple client deals at the same time

- Participate in remote and onsite Due Diligence exercises to understand client processes and requirements in order to draft outsourcing solutions

Transition :

- Work as the Transition Lead for outsourcing engagements

- Manage internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition

- Follow the Quatrro Transition Methodology to successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines

- Put together detailed Transition Plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines

- Manage multiple transitions at the same time

- Client Relationship management

- Work with the Operations Teams in drafting out the Statement of Work

- Project Reporting - to internal and external stakeholders

Others :

- Work on Finance Transformation/Re-engineering projects as required

- Committed to strategic initiatives and improving transition effectiveness

- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a team to deliver objectives

- Provide guidance and support to Transition teams on how to exceed client expectations

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance & Accounting while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises

Educational Qualification :

- CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA with Experience in working for leading BPOs mandatory

- PMP Desirable

- 6 -10 years of experience.

- Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication to large groups and senior staff

- Demonstrated ability to achieve - win-win- outcomes. Effective negotiation and influencing skills with senior management.

- Good judgment, tact, flexibility, organization and planning skills

- Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment

- Proficiency in setting and meeting realistic deadlines to achieve desired/meaningful outcomes

- High attention to detail

- Willingness to travel frequently (both within India and abroad)

- Good analytical skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, etc)

- Strong in MS-Excel, MS-Office and MS-Project

- Experience in working on ERP Accounting Systems (e.g., SAP, Great Plains, Oracle, etc)

- Strong Project and process management experience at a senior level, preferably in a Outsourcing environment

- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable

- Experience in Finance Process transformation/re-engineering projects will be an added advantage

Reporting to : Vice President

Shift Timings : 8 am to 5 pm, 12 noon to 9 pm, 7:30 pm to 4:30 am
