To drive our aggressive growth, we are now seeking the following professional for our Thane Office.

Role:

The F & A Process Trainer is responsible for F & A process related training, developing and implementing business-wide objectives under the direction of the Global Head Of Operations and coordinating with LOB heads and other company staff to achieve high employee development standards reflected in organization and prioritization of company initiatives. This position is directly responsible for all F & A related training of new employees as well as the continuing education of our experienced staff.

Strong F & A domain skill (GL, P2P,O2C, FPnA) with ability to communicate with people across organizational units globally. Ability to understnad and design training modules, work with transition & process excellence teams to develope client specific & transition related training programs.

Should have experince in training functions from a end to end prospective- Training Budget, Refresh training, training calendars, new hire training, domain and industry training etc.

The company provides centralized pick up & drop facility to nodal points across central & western lines.
