What would you be required to do?
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the talent strategy for the organisation.
- Manage the overall talent acquisition process- Campus as well as lateral, collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacant positions, interviewing, hiring and leading orientation and employee onboarding activities
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits accordingly propose base and incentive programs to ensure we attract and retain talent.
- Provide support and guidance to employees when complex and sensitive issues arise.
- Create learning and development programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Supervise payroll and check monthly variance and ensure all compliances are duly followed
- Handle employee grievances and counselling
- Manage company image on social media ensuring we are branding even in recruitment process, employee onboarding
- Help leadership in drawing out succession plans
- Conduct regular Audit of HR processes and databases with the help of an external agency
- Prepare efficiency metrics for HR department
- Conduct mid year reviews and year end appraisals across departments ;
- Keep databases for employees, vendors, insurance, trainings and appraisals
- Conduct employee engagement activities regularly

Who qualifies?
- Masters degree in Human Resources
- At least 5 years of Human Resource Management work experience
