Prepare and validate the BoQ's per drawings -
preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
feasibility studies of client requests
analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
allocating upcoming work to contractors
site visits, assessments and projections for future work
Preparation of Budget and cost to complete reports, cash flow statements
- Prepare and Submit cost bids for the project - Prepare and submit RA bills, pre final bills and final bills completed with checking of all quantities ( tender Vs Actuals)
Prepare and submit extra items, non tender items complete with rate analysis and claim management - Knowledge in ERP Package, SAP.
