- Should have minimum 10 year experience in construction of Buildings /Road projects.

- Good Technical & Analytical skills.

Job Description

- Should be able to works in the civil construction field for buildings/roads.

- Analyzing and surveying the quantity to be used/quantity used in the structures works .

- Should be able to prepare bill of Quantities, bill of materials with costs for all types of civil works.

- Should be able to do cost/benefit analysis, cost planning, cost estimation and control construction costs.

- Should be capable to prepare all receiving bills/final bills/claims, price escalation and comparison etc.
