We are hiring for a leading international BPM organization in insurance domain.
Looking for someone with minimum of 3 years of experience in quantitative research analysis
Key Responsibilities :
- Leveraging Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, etc.), clean and analyze data collected from market research surveys to determine key trends and insights.
- Create research reports using PowerPoint, based on Excel-based analyses, that are easy to understand and actionable.
- Assist in design, development, and programming of market research surveys via online survey platforms such as Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey.
- Analyze web traffic data leveraging Google Analytics (GA4) to help define traffic patterns, click events, and user behavior on the website which will help UX research approaches and analyses.
- Conduct competitive analysis by capturing screenshots and documenting key customer journeys, and presenting them in presentations that show how competitors and other digital businesses display information.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in the English language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to carry out advanced quantitative analyses and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in creating PowerPoint-based reports leveraging Excel-based analyses.
- Experience with marketing-related data feeds and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and bring new ideas, rather than just "checking the box."
- Ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner to marketing and sales audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to keep pace with advances in statistical methodology for interrogating datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Experience programming market research surveys using online survey platforms, such as Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey, is a plus.
