Nature of the researches include - Brand tracks, Consumer segmentation, CSAT studies, Communication evaluation (Pre & Post), Acceptor Rejector / Lost sales researches, Exploratory studies for new product / communications, Post launch evaluations etc.
Also, focus on developing & maintaining rich data bank of key insights for the brands.
- Preparing research briefs in consultation with brand heads / managers
- Understanding business objectives / issues, and designing research that caters to the business needs
- Recommend appropriate approach & agency partners for research projects based on relevant expertise/experience & cost efficiencies
- Recommend key action plans for brands post completion of the research, post alignment with brand team
- Manage relationships with external agency partners
