Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy :
- Consults on the development of regional, or GTM sales growth strategies with Sales Leaders to achieve Sales objectives
- Engages with senior management to identify and prioritize key sales/channel programs
- Works with support functions (Finance, Business Operations, Delivery, etc.) as needed Program Support/Implementation
- Develop and automate scalable systems that help bridge process gaps and optimize operations for the organization.
- Understand and transform data that feeds into reporting and KPI tracking.
- Provide oversight and maintenance for the existing systems.
- Leads regional or GTM annual sales planning processes (e.g., segmentation and targeting, forecasting, sales quotas, account planning, etc.)
- Collaborates on cross-functional programs or leads targeted projects targeted at improving sales productivity
- Determines accurate measures to evaluate project effectiveness and impact
- Identifies trends and formulates long term recommendations for improvements
Reporting and Analytics
- Manages reporting and dashboard production on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and drives discussion with management and investors
- Designs and enables dashboards within company reporting systems for pieces of the sales process
- Work with cross-functional teams and data owners to gather data as required to enable reporting and analysis needed by founders & investors.
- Consider wider business impact when working with data, including bookings risk, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency gains
- Oversees modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate options and uses outcomes to guide management decision-making
Process Improvement :
- Proactively identifies opportunities and drives through implementation to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes
- Acts as a key advisor to Sales Leaders on sales process improvements and drives implementation so Sales Leaders can focus on selling
- Manages cross-functional teams on system integration/upgrade projects
Sales Operations Support :
- Supports sales organization in any and all Sales Operations related matters
- Investigates issue escalations and provides a response to sales teams on inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolution
- Considers up- and down-stream impact of proposed Sales Operations Process Improvement
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
- Lead strategic initiatives on both an on-going and ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization.
- Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system.
- Evaluating new tools and platforms to improve reporting and sales operations.
- Complete all deliverables in a timely fashion, ensuring proper quality checks, analytics, and business context reviews
Required Skills :
- Degree; an equivalent degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience will be considered
- 1-3 years of industry experience in Sales Operation Role.
- Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner.
- Good analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large data while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Proficient with spreadsheets, including Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with Pipedrive or any other CRM.
- Process oriented and excellent problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
- Comfortable with G Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Hands on experience with Google Script/Google App Script/Javascript.
- Good Knowledge of object oriented programming language (Java,C,C++).
- Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, VBA, Python is good to have.
