Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Undertake organization-wide training-need-analysis Design and deliver soft skill training programs and identify external training partners for technical skill training administration
- Create and maintain an employee development plan and training calendar based on performance appraisal and training need assessment outcomes
- Identify training infrastructure need and provide cost-effective solutions Ensure maintenance of training records
- Develop high potential identification and development programs Create and implement customized Campus Program for Graduate Engineer/MBA hires
- Create effective processes for monitoring and measuring training processes
- Experience: 3-6 years of overall experience in HR Learning and Development for the IT/Analytics/Start-up
- Qualification Required: Graduate in any Discipline Post Graduate in Human Resources (Preferred)
