DESIGNATION : Senior Specialist - HR Operations
WORK LOCATION : Mumbai - Malad (W)
CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Managing entire gamut of HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle Management for on roll and contractual employees
- Managing Payroll for Full time and Contractual employees
- HR Budgeting
- Managing Filing and Documentation
- Leave & Attendance Management
- Vendor management
- Exit Management
- Managing HR processes and policy improvements
- Identifying gaps and improvisation of HR processes
- Maintain MIS relating to Payroll, compliances and employee records
- Maintain confidentiality of all records, information and payroll operations
HR Analytics :
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels, Contingency Planning). Analyze data and construct HR Analytics dashboards.
- Handling Employee Queries
- Ensure statutory compliance with existing and proposed legislation in HR
- Identify automation scope and implement in relevant platform
- Provide compensation support including on time payroll inputs, and research on external banding
- Partner with the executive team, HR Business Partners, Recruiting and other functions to understand and deliver on their data needs from standard reporting, workforce planning support, to executive level analysis and recommendations
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Post Graduate in Human Resources
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of overall experience in HR Operations/Generalist for the IT/Analytics/Start-up
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Subject matter expert in driving HR Operations strategy
- Team leading experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR analytics Tools
- Building effective relationships with team, partners and leaders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and commercially
