Senior Inside Sales Specialist - Permanent position_US SHift (4-8 yrs)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing inside sales activities. Planning for campaigns, outreach, and communication on the Sales Navigator platform, B2B sales portals as well as carry own network to leverage

- Comfortable with targets and quotas on a 30/60/90/365 days perspective and should have an excellent track record in achieving the numbers /targets.

- Manage online sources of client outreach, including (but not limited to) email, Google campaigns,, online lead generation campaigns, webinars management, and other creative initiatives with the end goal of lead generation.

- Experience in running cadences/weekly sync ups with GTM teams and other stakeholders to be able to calibrate on performance and expectation

- Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients

- Identify novel sources and means of reaching out to prospective clients.

- Work closely with the l Marketing team in planning for campaigns.

- Strategize, plan, delegate and execute sales campaigns in alignment with business goals

- Assist the sales and accounts teams with relevant information regarding leads

- Manage outreach with prospects and leads in the long-haul, and strategically reaching out them over the customer/lead lifetime

- Leverage databases like Discover Org, Linkedin sales navigator, or others to develop and prioritize connects and outreach strategy. Requirements:

- Good content writing skills, excellent email communication, and verbal communication skills

- Good understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing.

- Strong working knowledge of excel ppt and other online docs is a must.

- Good grasp of content creation surrounding to outreach campaign, sales pitch script, email communication

- Proven track record of working with and achieving targets regularly

- Previous experience (x years based on the profile we are looking at) in Inside Sales and/or Field sales is a must

- Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with customers and empathetic towards their needs

- Understand all aspects related to sales and marketing, specifically client-vendor relationships, lead management,

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results

- Has worked in an - Inside sales role for at least three years, and ideally has led a team of sales professionals

- Expertise in the use of word processor, spreadsheet and presentation tools to report on progress

- Project management skills: Ability to meticulously plan and execute campaigns and activities

- Team management and leadership skills. Ability to lead and mentor other team members in their role and enabling their career progression.

US Shift: 5:30PM to 2:30AM

- Artificial Intelligence and ML selling or Saas cloud based is an added advantage.
