Responsibilities:
1. Weekly GTM performance reporting (by territory):
- Completed deals (Win rate, Value (won), Value (lost), Time to Close (won), Time to close (lost))
- Open deals (Total Count, New Leads, dropped leads, Advanced to next stage, Estimated Value)
- Prospecting reports (Prospect lists summaries from events, Google partner days, campaigns)
- GTM team utilization reporting
2. Pipedrive compliance reporting:
- All Opportunities (other than on-hold) have action items tagged.
- Completion rate on action items + highlighting items that are being pushed out.
3. Weekly GCP pipeline reporting:
- Prepare agenda and report.
- Get inputs from PL and/or CEMs.
- Report being sent a day prior with exceptions/discussion points highlighted.
4. PIP reporting:
Tracking Deals against PIP target and reporting gaps to PLs and/or CEMs.
5. Sales Enablement:
- Prepare intro to Q pitch recordings (30 min and 60 min formats)
- Maintain master copies of Intro to Q pitch (generic + industry specific)
- Prepare Google slides template for 6 blocker problem definition and associated training
- Prepare template for solution architecture - training new GTM team members on when/how/who to engage for expert opinion
- Manage collaterals folder and make sure final copies of pitches, RFP responses etc are shared with PLs and CEMs for reference and reuse
- Create and manage pricing calculators for typical deals reflecting latest rate card for resources
- Prepare training materials on how to estimate spend on GCP (for PSF submission)
- Collaborate with paralegal (Moksha) to provide weekly priority list to Tina for deals in flight - Collaborating with L&D coordinator for managing content for google certifications (training materials, question bank, exam prep materials, test taking strategies etc)
