Role: Manager Finance (FP&A).

Title: Manager Finance.

Job Location: Bangalore.

Who should apply for the role:

Qualification: CA; BTech, PGPM.

YOE: 5 to 7 years.

- The finance manager will need to be an individual who has worked in Services organizations; understands business drivers and has worked in matrixed organizations.

- The individual will lead the FP&A team; work across all leadership levels with the business segments and also will frequently work with the founders.

- The individual needs to have a passion for solving business problems; needs to be a hands-on professional, understand technology and be open to addressing changing business needs.

- The individual needs to be extremely comfortable with large volumes of data and should be able to arrive at meaningful conclusions to aid business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Analysis:

- Drive Financial Planning and Analysis leadership for the group.

- This includes anchoring the process of preparation of the Annual operating plan, driving periodical forecasts, providing insightful information to the leadership team, and helping the company to achieve its fiscal targets.

- Provide quarterly rolling forecasts, to support the business in driving the right actions based on the latest forecast.

- Predictable results on costs for 30, 60 and 90 days.

- Long term cash flow forecast.

- Scenario analysis Ability to forecast outcomes based on multiple scenarios.

Reporting and Tools:

- Should have hands-on experience on reporting tools such as Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan or similar tools.

- The individual should be able to work on the reporting solution for changing business requirements; walk the leadership through all the change management processes.

- Modify reporting tool based on changes in upstream applications.

- Publish monthly and quarterly performance summary to the Board, Leadership, Founders.

Stakeholder management:

- Have monthly performance calls with the investors and leadership team.

- Ability to explain business at a unit economics level.

- Internal stakeholder management, working with both finance, business leaderships and founding team.

- Team management Be a true leader for the team; manage workloads, manage career expectations and role enhancement.

Plans and forecasts:

- Anchor annual operating plan, mid year plan and forecast process for the group; including timelines, process and level of details required for the activity.

- Incorporate learnings from prior years.

Finance Partner:

- Be the finance partner leader for all corporate functions.

- Advise the function leaders on areas of cost optimization based on agile target.

Skills:

- Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence discipline, being open to changing business needs and resilience.

- Good knowledge in spreadsheets and presentations.

- Ability to automate repetitive tasks.

- Comfortable with fast pace growth and ambiguity.

- Self-driven with a high ownership attitude.
