Role: HR Operations (supporting Quantiphi US and Canada)
Work hours: M-F 17:00 hrs to 01:00
Education: MBA in HR or Bachelors degree with some HR coursework
Experience Level: Experience in HR administration/operations
Responsibilities:
- Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
- Completing Background Check Verification for all overseas cases
- Joining documentation
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by supporting orientation and induction
- On-boarding new employees in US and Canada offices
- Maintains employee HRIS by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides HR administrative support
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
