Responsibilities - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Lead and manage the HR team members - Bridging between team leads and team members by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Managing the recruitment process - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization - Ensure that QuantInsti continues to offer an amazing & positive work environment - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Assess training needs to apply, monitor & coordinate on training programs Requisites - Proven working experience as HR manager (mid-senior level) - People oriented and results driven - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices - Preferably an MBA with hands-on experience in recruitment, designing organization structure, employee development at the corporate level - Should be able to lead a team, an excellent communication skills - Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills - Expertise in MS-Office, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
