Key Responsibilities:

- Proactive business development

- Building client relationships

- Study, design and creation of DPRs, White Papers, Proposals, Broad level budgeting

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Essential Skills:

- Proven working experience as a business development /sales manager in the IT/ITES Industry.

- Experience of working in the public sector projects

- Proven sales track record

- Sound knowledge of System Integration Services

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations

- Experience in customer support

- Excellent time management and planning skills

- Experience of handling sales team

- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment

- Ability to work as a team player, possessing emotional maturity, innovative, self motivated, pro-active, responsive
