- Proven working experience as a business development /sales manager in the IT/ITES Industry.
- Experience of working in the public sector projects
- Proven sales track record
- Sound knowledge of System Integration Services
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations
- Experience in customer support
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Experience of handling sales team
