Responsibilities:

- Developing a business development strategy focused on increasing revenues.

- Developing growth strategies and plans

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Developing goals for the Business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

- Following industry trends locally and internationally

- Writing business proposals

- Negotiating with stakeholders

Key Requirements

- Masters degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Experience in sales, BD or related field.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Experience in selling Technology/Software.

- Experience in handling public sector clients

- Must be familiar with Govt ordering process.
