Growth Manager - Early-Stage AI Startup (Quantacus.ai)

Quantacus.ai is on a mission to become the global AI product of choice for eCommerce companies. In just six months, we've onboarded leading brands like Zalora (Singapore), Swiggy, Flipkart, Purplle, Lenskart, ABFRL, and Arata-and we're just getting started.
Now, we're looking for a high-energy, target-driven Growth Manager to take customer acquisition off the founders' plate and scale our revenue engine. This role is not just about execution-it's about owning and optimizing growth funnels while continuously experimenting with new acquisition channels.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Own customer acquisition numbers-actively manage input/process metrics for acquisition funnels to ensure we hit our monthly targets.
- Optimize and refine sales funnels-analyze and improve how we acquire customers over time.
- Identify and test new growth channels-go beyond existing funnels and experiment with fresh acquisition strategies.
- Be the face of Quantacus.ai-give demos, engage with prospects, follow up with information, and drive referrals.
- This is an outcome-driven role. You will own the pipeline, make high-stakes decisions, and drive direct revenue impact.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills-you can pitch, persuade, and close.
- Thinks from first principles-you solve problems logically, not just by following playbooks.
- Is highly proactive and biases toward action-you take initiative and make things happen.
- Can coordinate across teams-you work seamlessly with founders, engineers, and marketing.
Experience: 2-4 years in growth, sales, or BD. Early-stage startup experience preferred.
Education: B.E/B.Tech/MBA (but execution trumps credentials).
