Quant Support Specialist - Market Risk

We are hiring for a leading financial services organisation based in Bangalore.

Role details are given below:

Role Description and responsibilities:

- Be a strong team player and develop a strong relationship and mentor members of the Quant team

- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to enable the timely delivery of tasks.

- Assigns prioritised tasks to Quant support and Quant development members and holds them accountable for the delivery while overseeing the delivery process.

- Be willing to take responsibility for meeting the needs of the team, keeping team involved and up-to-date.

- Ensure self and team adhere to applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- Excellent analytical and communication skills. Should also be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management in a Front Office environment.

- Demonstrated ability to develop self and people around them.

- Previous experience (5+ years) in financial markets in front office with a good knowledge of markets, products and models

- Appropriate academic degree (Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Finance, or other analytical degree)

- Demonstrated leadership competencies including ability to manage change, deliver results, exercise sound judgement, broaden perspective, build relationships, develop self and others and lead and empower.
