Working within the firm's trading, sales, banking and investment management divisions, strats use their mathematical and scientific training to create financial products, execution platforms, advise clients on transactions, measure risk, and identify market opportunities.

Job Summary & Responsibilities (External), Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications

- We are looking for a professional to join the Custom Basket Desk Strat team.

- This person will hold a key front-office role responsible for creating and maintaining platforms for executing and hedging custom portfolios for investors in equities.

- You will be challenged to think strategically, proposing new business design, analytics and/or solutions to meet clients- needs.

- You will be connected with salespeople, traders and multiple areas of strategists.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Academic background in a quantitative or technical discipline

- Advanced coding and software design skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, demonstrating initiative and showing commercial impact

- Can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving and product development
