Responsibilities

- Responsible for the web and mobile applications set up.

- Responsible for identifying the right technology partners and managing them.

- Responsible for the User Experience of the website

- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that the customer acquisition and customer retention strategies are successful

- Work closely with the logistics team and ensure that the order delivery process take place with high degree of precision, and on time

- Recruit and train the right technical talent and ensure high rates of retention

Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech from IITs/NITs or top engineering colleges

Compensation will be in the form of equity in the startup
