Reporting to SEA - Head

Market Coverage- Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines

Base location - Philippines/Jakarta/Indonesia (based on growth seen in respective geography)

The job would involve travel from India for 3-6 months and further relocation

We would enable relocation of the candidate & family to the region,

Reportees Local Sales team members (2 local employees from Philippines and 2 from Indonesia)

Handling Vietnam will be his individual responsibility

Ideal Candidate :

- Experience in IT solution sales, strong relationship management and sales hunting abilities

- Age bracket 31-34 yrs

Role Expectations:

- Manage and grow the region by continually looking for business opportunities with the customer

- Ensure effective opportunity management and support sales team members to achieve revenue goals as per plan

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, escalate issues as needed, to maintain customer satisfaction and delight.

- Work in collaboration with delivery teams and identify expectation gaps and gather feedback from customers
