Product: IT Solution Sales
Job Summary:
- The Person will own a small number of major accounts (1 to 4).
- He/she will be fully responsible for growing the relationship with the customer, positioning the company well within the account, and growing business with the given customer.
- He/she will be expected to work closely with the delivery teams, as well as technology and product teams in the company.
- Expanding the footprint of Quality Kiosk within the account, and positioning the company as the preferred partner, will be the main tasks of the account manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer's business, business model, and organization structure
- Map the technology landscape of the customer, including the roadmap
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers, within the IT organization as well as business and function heads
- Pick up early indications of upcoming projects Quality Kiosk can deliver.
- Continually look for opportunities for business with the customer, drive the proposals to be made to the customer, and negotiate and close deals.
- Engage with vendors providing IT services to the customer, so as to enable partnerships with them as required
- Communicate the Quality Kiosk brand consistently across the customer's organization
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, escalate issues as needed, and demand service from delivery and technology teams, and anyone in Quality Kiosk, if necessary for customer satisfaction and delight.
- Create account plans and manage to them, holding reviews with delivery and other teams as required.
