Experience : 3+ Years.

Location : Mahape (Navi Mumbai).

Work Mode : 5 Days Work From Office + 2 Saturdays Working.

Job Descriptions :.

- End-to-end recruitment delivery processes .

- Active participation in Business Calls for staffing with stakeholders.

- Prioritize the requirements and servicing them based on business criticality.

- Screening and shortlist of profiles based on the requirement.

- Interacting with the shortlisted candidates and briefing them about the requirements, specifications and business.

- Conducting requirement reviews with the hiring manager to understand the requirement and exchange status updates.

- Conducting and managing recruitment drives for lateral levels on weekdays and on weekends.

- Follow up with the candidates for their paper formalities and their date of joining etc.

- Very good experience in handling bulk as well as niche requirements.
