Position Statement:

- The Pre-Sales Manager acts as the technical and strategic point of contact for the Sales organization, focusing on creating and delivering compelling proposals and solutions to meet client needs.

- This role involves close collaboration with delivery teams and ensuring a smooth transition from the sales stage to implementation.

- The Pre-Sales Manager will lead pre-sales efforts, guide solution development, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to secure business opportunities.

- The position will be based out of either Navi Mumbai or Bengaluru.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Communication Skills: Strong command over written and spoken English.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office.

- Hands-on experience in testing and test automation for at least 5 years is preferred.

- Client Engagement: Experience managing large client projects, preferably onsite.

- Previous exposure to enterprise application implementation is advantageous.

- Pre-Sales Expertise: Extensive pre-sales experience, particularly in testing or process automation across multiple domains.

- Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with automation tools and platforms, including RPA, is highly desirable.

- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of various industry verticals like banking, financial services, insurance, ERP, etc.

- Proposal Development: Proven experience in creating, presenting, and defending proposals to clients.

- Client Management: Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships effectively.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

End-to-End Process Understanding: In-depth knowledge of testing processes, post-go-live services, and process automation.

Business Insight: Ability to understand client business contexts and tailor solutions accordingly.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze requirements and articulate solutions effectively.

Effort Estimation: Competence in various effort estimation methodologies and their application to proposals.

Techno-Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance technical feasibility and commercial viability to ensure project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RFP Analysis: Thoroughly analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop tailored solutions.

Solution Development: Create and present compelling propositions that meet client needs.

Effort Estimation: Oversee the estimation process to ensure accurate and feasible project plans.

Internal Collaboration: Engage with business unit teams for approval processes and optimize project efforts.

Client Interaction: Maintain and strengthen client relationships by identifying new business opportunities.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, the pre-sales team, ensuring quality in solution delivery.

Stakeholder Management: Defend solutions and methodologies with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
