Job Description for Cards SME:.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Cards domain (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).

- Experience with leading banks OR leading cards product companies like Fiserv, TSYS etc.

- Knowledge & experience in end-to-end cards lifecycle management is must.

- Experience in business analysis, writing Cards BRDs, SOPs etc is must.

- Candidates must have led at least one full-fledged Credit Cards project from BA standpoint.

- Experience in Quality Assurance will be an advantage.

- Experience in cards ecosystem e.g. origination, channels, collections, Visa, Mastercard, Rupay etc is necessary.

- Good presentation, documentation and customer relationship management skills.

- Experience in digital cards, wallets etc will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience in Cards CoE.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
